✓ Personality type assessment You will gain insight into your leadership profile and how your personality shapes the way you lead. The assessment forms the foundation for a coaching conversation focused on alignment between your profile and your leadership role.
✓ Value clarification We identify your core values and examine how they are — or are not — reflected in your current leadership behaviour.
✓ Leadership identity session A structured session focused on defining what kind of leader you are, and what kind of leader you want to be.
