LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
If you want to strengthen your leadership, the Leadership Programme is designed for you.
Over the years I have worked with leaders from very different backgrounds. Leadership can mean running a local shop, leading a kindergarten, being a founder of a start-up, managing a retail department, heading a sales division in a large IT company, or serving as CEO of a larger organisation.
Leadership has many faces.
Despite these differences, the themes leaders want to work on are remarkably consistent.
Across industries and levels, three areas repeatedly emerge:
- Self-leadership
- Communication
- Authentic leadership
The programme is structured around these three core dimensions.
Self-leadership
Do you often feel slightly behind?
Constantly interrupted?
Pulled between operational tasks and strategic responsibility?
Many leaders struggle not because they lack competence, but because they carry too much — and rarely question what they should carry.
Self-leadership is about structure, prioritisation and clarity.
The programme provides concrete tools to help you structure your day and prioritise your tasks. More importantly, it challenges your underlying assumptions about responsibility, control and expectations.
After completing the programme, you should experience greater clarity in your daily leadership. You will be better able to prioritise what truly matters and create space for strategic thinking — rather than being consumed by daily operations.
Communication
Misunderstandings and conflicts rarely arise from bad intentions. They often arise from unclear communication.
Leadership communication is not simply about delivering a message. It is about how it is delivered.
Within the programme, we work systematically with your communication style — ensuring that your messages are delivered with clarity, respect and impact.
In one case, a sales manager received a resignation from a key employee on the same day as a scheduled session. The time was used to plan strategy and communication. The following day, the resignation was withdrawn — not because the message changed, but because the communication did.
Communication shapes outcomes.
Authentic Leadership
One persistent myth in leadership is that the leader must be better at everything than the team — and must always provide the solution.
This approach limits both the leader and the team.
The Leadership Programme is grounded in the concept of authentic leadership.
Authentic leadership is fundamentally about being yourself. That sounds simple. It rarely is.
Most leaders occasionally act in ways that conflict with their own values — often because they are not fully aware of what those values are, or how they define their leadership identity.
Authentic leadership means working towards a purpose greater than personal status. It means placing the team at the centre and ensuring that employees have the conditions necessary to perform at their best.
It also means being transparent about your strengths and your limitations — and building a team that complements you.
There are significant benefits to leading authentically. For employees, it creates predictability and trust. And trust creates performance.
“I improved the results in the sales division by 23% after completing a leadership programme.”
– Sales Manager, former participant
In the programme, you will work systematically with your values, beliefs and leadership identity. You will define what your specific leadership task actually is — based on your competencies and principles.
The result is not imitation.
It is alignment.
You will feel grounded in your leadership style, confident that it reflects who you are — and therefore sustainable over time.
Programme Structure
The Leadership Cohort is designed as a small, focused group programme where participants work together on the deeper foundations of leadership.
Unlike a traditional course with fixed modules, the cohort format allows the programme to develop around the themes and questions that matter most to the participants in the group.
However, the core ingredients remain consistent.
The programme explores key dimensions of leadership, such as:
- self-leadership and personal clarity
- leadership identity and values
- communication and relational leadership
- beliefs and internal patterns that shape leadership behaviour
- practical tools for structured leadership development
Through reflection, dialogue and structured exercises, participants gain a clearer understanding of how their leadership actually functions in practice.
The ambition is not simply to improve techniques, but to create a stronger coherence between identity, values and daily leadership behaviour.
In short:
You will lead more consciously and more authentically.
